Privacy policy

GetCRM is a customer relationship manager for sales teams, made by GetApps. This page explains what we store, who can see it, and how to get it deleted. Questions: support@getapps.tech.

What we collect

• Your Google account basics. You sign in with Google only. We receive your name, email address and profile photo from Google. We never see or store a password.
• Your company's CRM data. The leads, contacts, accounts, deals, tasks, notes, quotes, invoices and other records you and your teammates enter or import, plus leads that arrive through your web forms and webhooks.
• Location, only when you check in. The Android app reads your location only when you tap “Check in” on a customer visit, and saves it with that check-in. It does not track you in the background.
• Call details, only when you log them. After a call the Android app asks how it went. What you save (outcome, duration, notes) is stored as an activity. We do not record calls.
• Basic technical logs kept by our hosting providers for security and troubleshooting, such as IP addresses and request times.

Who can see your data

CRM data belongs to the company it was entered in. Inside a company, access follows the roles, profiles, sharing rules and territories your administrator sets, and these rules are enforced by the database itself, not just by the apps. People outside your company cannot see your records. GetApps staff access data only to operate the service, to answer a support request you make, or when the law requires it.

How we use it

We use your data to run GetCRM for you and your team: to show it, sync it between the web and Android apps, run the automations you configure and send the notifications you ask for. We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your CRM records to train AI models.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database and authentication) and the website is served by Google Firebase Hosting. Sign-in is provided by Google. Webhooks you configure send data to the addresses you enter.

Retention and deletion

• You can export your company's records to CSV at any time, if your profile allows exporting.
• Delete your account from Settings → Delete my account in the web or Android app. If you are the only member of a company, that company and its records are deleted too. If your company has other members, the owner must transfer ownership first.
• If you leave a company, your access ends immediately; records you created stay with the company.
• Full steps are on the account deletion page. You can also ask us to delete your data by writing to support@getapps.tech. Deleted data may stay in encrypted backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. If your data was entered by a company that uses GetCRM (for example, you are one of their customers), please contact that company first — they control those records. We will help them respond.

Children

GetCRM is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the date above and email the owners of active companies.
