Account deletion

Delete your GetCRM account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from the Android app or the web app. It takes effect immediately.

In the app (fastest)

• Android: open GetCRM, tap More, then the Settings gear, then Delete my account, and confirm.
• Web: sign in at getcrm.getapps.tech/app, open Settings, choose Delete my account, and confirm.

If you can't open the app

Email support@getapps.tech from the Google account you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my GetCRM account”. We confirm and delete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in and your profile in every company you belong to.
• Any company where you are the only member, with all of its records: leads, contacts, accounts, deals, activities, notes, quotes, invoices and settings.
• Pending invites sent to your email address.

What stays

If you belong to a company with other members, the records you created belong to that company and stay with it, so your team does not lose customer history. If you own such a company, transfer ownership to a teammate first — on Android under More → Users & invites, on the web under Team → Make owner — then delete your account. Deleted data may stay in encrypted backups for a limited time before it is overwritten.
