Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GetCRM, the web and Android apps made by GetApps. By signing in you agree to them. Questions: support@getapps.tech.

Your account and company

You sign in with a Google account and must keep it secure. The person who creates a company in GetCRM is its owner and administrator, and is responsible for who they invite and what access they give.

Your data

You own the data you put into GetCRM. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to store the contact details of the people in your CRM, and for following the law when you contact them — including by phone, WhatsApp and email.

Acceptable use

• No spam, harassment, or messages to people who have asked you to stop.
• No illegal content, and no attempts to break into other companies' data or overload the service.
• No reselling GetCRM without our written agreement.

Plans, trials and payment

Every plan includes unlimited users. The core CRM is free. New companies get every paid feature free for 14 days. Paid features are priced per company per month and are switched on after you request an upgrade and we confirm it. If a paid feature is switched off, your data stays; the feature's screens become read-only or hidden until you turn it back on.

Availability

We work to keep GetCRM available and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using GetCRM and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date above; we will email the owners of active companies about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
